Responsible for preparation of financial statements, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and General Ledger Timely Preparing and submission of Monthly Management Accounts Preparing and developing processes and internal financial controls and successful implementation of it Preparing of Monthly MIS Report for management and ad-hoc reports Preparing of Annual & Quarterly budget for the company Liaison with the Statutory Auditors, Tax Auditors and Internal Auditors Preparing of Income tax computation and return Responsible for handing Income tax Scrutiny case with Tax Authorities Responsible for proper deduction and payment of TDS and filing of quarterly E-TDS Responsible for Inventory management/valuation Managing a team of 2 – 3 people GST reconciliation with GSTR 3B, GSTR 1 and GSTR 2, 2A and others Coordination with the bank for limits and submission of quarterly documents Oversee and manage all financial operations and accounting, accounts payable & receivable, and financial reporting. Lead annual budgeting and planning, manage cash flow projections Finalisation of Accounts and MIS reports Provide financial analysis to support decisions of the management team
