CBSE allows students to change exam city, country for Term 1 board exam

Before releasing the board exam roll number and admit card, CBSE has announced that the students can change the exam city or country for the term 1 board exam. CBSE on Tuesday said, “Facility to change exam city/country will be available to students who are residing in any other city or country and not in the city or country where they are studying due to COVID” ” This option is available for both theory and practical papers.

To request for change of exam city or country candidates will have to make a request to the school by midnight of 10th November. After this, by the midnight of November 12, the school will send the request to CBSE on the board’s website.

Candidates have to select a center for both theory and practical examination. CBSE has said that two separate centres, one for theory and one for practical, will not be allowed.

CBSE has said that the choice of city from where the student wishes to appear for the examination should be done carefully as no change will be allowed after the school submits the request. It said that the schools would be able to download the admit card from the changed center of the examination from their school login account.

CBSE Term 1 Board Exam will start from 16th November.
