Telangana Chief Minister, K Chandrashekhar Rao start a new government Dalit Empowerment Scheme, naming now Dalit brothers, on pilot basis Huzurabad assembly seat candidate The scheme which was to be called Dalit Empowerment Scheme has now been renamed Dalit Bandhu Scheme. Will be given to eligible Dalit families under the scheme 10 lakh rupees Cash directly into their accounts. The sanctioned amount will be deposited in the bank accounts of the eligible beneficiaries.
There are five mandals in the polling Huzurabad constituency and the total number of Dalit families in this constituency is 20,929. All these families will be screened before the final beneficiary list is prepared. The benefit of the scheme will be given to all those found eligible. There are total around 2 lakh voters in Huzurabad constituency. Out of the total, CM KCR’s plan will almost benefit 21,000 families, which accounts for approx 60,000 to 80,000 people, If this scheme is implemented soon.
