Age Range :

The age of the candidate should be above 18 years and less than 32 years as on the last date fixed for receipt of applications by District Recruitment Committee. Provided that the upper age limit shall be relaxable in respect of reserved categories of candidates in accordance with the provisions of the relevant Acts, rules, orders or instructions for the reserved categories concerned.

  • Junior Clerk-cum-Copyist – Rs.19,900 to 63,200/-
  • Stenographer Grade-III – Rs.25,500 to 81,100/-

Educational Qualifications :

(a) Junior Clerk-cum-Copyper:

  1. The candidate must have passed at least +2 examination conducted by the Council constituted under section 3 of the Orissa Higher Secondary Education Act 1982 or an equivalent examination of a recognized Council, Board or University, as the case may be;
  2. Candidate must have passed at least Diploma in Computer Application from a recognized Institute.

(B) Grade-III Stenographer:

  1. The candidate must have passed at least +2 examination conducted by the Council constituted under section 3 of the Orissa Higher Secondary Education Act 1982 or an equivalent examination of a recognized Council, Board or University, as the case may be;
  2. Candidate must have passed at least Diploma in Computer Application from a recognized Institute.
  3. Candidate should have a minimum speed of 80 words per minute in shorthand and 40 words per minute in typing.

(c) Junior Typist:

  1. The candidate must have passed at least +2 examination conducted by the Council constituted under section 3 of the Orissa Higher Secondary Education Act 1982 or an equivalent examination of a recognized Council, Board or University, as the case may be;
  2. Candidate must have passed at least Diploma in Computer Application from a recognized Institute.
  3. Candidate should have a minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute.
