10. Listen to customer requirements and present appropriately to make a sale

11. Arrange meetings with the clients or visit their offices or homes to persuade them to buy a product or subscribe to any service which your company is offering.

13. Utilise all available resources to reach out to prospects and attempt to turn those prospects into customers.

14. Update client information in the company contact database
