About HP University Peon Recruitment:

Himachal Pradesh University (HPU) has recently announced about the recruitment of 228 posts For Peon, Office Attendant and various other posts of Category B, C and D. Many candidates filled their application form. The application submission process is conducted online. Application form submission process has started from date 07.01.2022 and conducted till date 29.01.2022 (up to 11:59 PM). About Exam:

Many interested and eligible candidates filled there application form and now they are waiting for their examination. Soon the exam will be conducted on the date. First written test will be conducted.

Selection Process:

Number 1 to 3 Category ‘B’

  • The selection process for Category ‘B’ of the posts mentioned at serial no. 1 to 3 will be the same as prescribed by the UGC of Regulations 2018 adopted by the University vide Notification No. 3-5/78 HPU (General) Vol. VIII dated 19-01-2019 and 21-11-2019.

Numbers 4 to 9 Category ‘B’

  • Objective Type Written Test in General Knowledge
  • Subject Aptitude Test (SAT) in the relevant field and as per post requirement
  • Interview/Personality Test

Category ‘C’ No. 10 to 23

  • written objective type test
  • Typing / Skill Test
  • evaluation of documents

Numbers 4 to 9 Category ‘B’

Written exam

Exam Pattern: The exam pattern will be as follows:

  • The exam will be of objective type.
  • The exam will be of 40 marks/ questions.
  • written test will be two and a half hours Duration.

pay attention: The qualifying written test of the candidate will be called for interview/personality test in the ratio of 1:6+3 for each additional post.

  • Subject Aptitude Test (SAT) will be of 100 Marks/Questions

Personality Test / Interview

  • Personality Test/Interview will be of 60 marks.

Written exam

Exam Pattern: The exam pattern will be as follows:

  • The exam will be of objective type.
  • Objective type screening test consisting of 85 multiple choice questions of 85 marks (each question will be of 1 mark).
