Part-I: (Written Test of 85 Marks)

Exam Pattern:

The exam pattern of the written exam is as follows:-

  • The exam will be of objective type.
  • The questions will be in the form of MCQs.
  • The total number of questions in this exam will be 170 questions.
  • The maximum marks for this exam will be 85 marks.
  • Each question will be of 0.50 marks.
  • The time allotted for this exam will be of 2 hours.

Exam Syllabus:

The exam syllabus for the exam is given below:-

Skill Test:

Part-II: (Evaluation of 15 Marks)

Evaluation of 15 marks in respect of shortlisted candidates after qualifying the written objective screening test and typing skill test will be done as per the following criteria:-

(The percentage of marks obtained in the educational qualification will be multiplied by 0.025, for example, a person who has secured 50% marks in the required educational qualification will be allowed 1.25 marks (50×0.025=1.25)). Higher percentage/marks may be given weightage to candidates possessing several basic professional qualifications. 2.5 (two and a half) Concerned University/Board

7 BPL families whose annual family income (from all sources) is less than Rs. 40,000/- or as prescribed by the Govt. 8 Widow/Divorced/Desperate/Lonely Woman 1 one) Rural Area:- The concerned BDO on the basis of such certificate, the concerned BDO by considering the certified entries in the ‘Family Register’ as the basis.
Urban Area:-
i) Municipal Corporation:- Commissioner
ii) Municipal Council:- Executive Officer
iii) Nagar Panchayat :- Secretary.
9 single daughter/orphan 1 one) Rural areas:-
concerned BDO
Taking certified entries in the ‘Family Register’ as the basis for such certificate.
Urban Area:-
i) Municipal Corporation:- Commissioner
ii) Municipal Council:- Executive Officer
iii) Nagar Panchayat :- Secretary.
10 Training of at least 6 months duration related to the post applied for from a recognized University/Institute 1 one) Competent Authority of the concerned University/Institute.
1 1 Maximum 5 years experience in Govt./Semi-Govt. Organization related to the post applied for (0.5 marks only for each completed year). 2.5 (two and a half) Competent Authority of the concerned Govt./Semi Govt. Organization
