| Job description | – Need to have a good knowledge of understanding the building layout of the installation locations
– Install / Maintain the products, and test to ensure the full working of the same – Ability to diagnose, repair/service, test, and troubleshoot equipment – Build and maintain a healthy relationship with the POC’s on-site & Resolving any issues that occur during the installation/maintenance – Fill out detailed reports and keep records on installation/service data that have been performed – Must be able to use excel sheets and device portals – Gather full knowledge of the equipment involving the job as in external electrical & network wiring, Internet wiring, core & Non-Core drilling, etc. |
