How to Apply for UPPSC PCS 2021
Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) (Hindi: Public Service Commission, Uttar Pradesh) is the state agency authorized to conduct the Civil Services Examination for entry level appointments to the various civil services of Uttar Pradesh. The Charter of the Agency is provided by the Constitution of India. Articles 315 to 323 of Part XIV of the Constitution, titled Services under the Union and the States, provide for a Public Service Commission for the Union and for each State. The Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) came into existence on 1 April 1937, with the main objective of recruiting candidates for various services in the state. The commission is regulated by the Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission Regulation, 1976.

Candidates have to visit the official website of UPPSC www.uppsc.up.nic.in. Click on “Apply” to apply online.

Candidates visit the official page of UPPSC and click on “All Notifications/Advertisement” link. The online advertisement will be displayed automatically, consisting of 3 parts as given below:

After clicking on user instruction candidates can easily read all the important instructions.
Fill the details for registration:
After clicking on the apply button candidates have to fill the relevant information (name, number, email, address, gender, etc.) and register them easily.
Generate ID Password:
After submitting the registration form candidates get a PIN or Password for future use.
Print the Registration Slip:
After form submission the registration sleep will be displayed candidates have to take print out of it by clicking on “Print Registration Slip” button.
When the candidates click on the apply button then the shell of the application form is displayed on the screen which the candidates have to fill.
Fill in the appropriate details:

After completion of the above process. The next step is to submit the fee or pay the application fee. Click on “Click here to proceed for payment”. After clicking it the home page of State Bank MOPS (Multiple Choice Payment System) will be displayed. Candidates can pay their fee in three ways. (i) Net Banking (ii) Card Payment (iii) Other Payment Methods. After depositing the required fee “Payment Acknowledgment Receipt (PAR)” will be displayed on the screen. Candidates can take a print out of the receipt by clicking on the button “Print Payment Receipt”.
Procedure for uploading photo and signature:-
1. Paste the photograph on any white paper as per the above required dimensions. Sign in the given signature space. Make sure the signature is within the box.
2. Scan the above required size containing photograph and signature. Please do not scan the entire page.
3. The complete image (size 3.5 cm by 6.0 cm) with photograph along with signature needs to be scanned, and stored in *.jpg, .jpeg, .gif, .tif, .png format on the local machine . .
4. Make sure that the size of the scanned image is not more than 50 KB.
5. If the file size exceeds 50 KB, adjust the settings of the scanner such as DPI resolution, no. colors etc., during the process of scanning.
6. The application has to be fully signed in the box provided. Since the signature is a proof of identity, it must be genuine and complete; Initials are not enough. Signature in capital letters is not allowed.
7. Signature should be signed by the application only and not by any other person.
8. Signature will be used for signing the Hall Ticket and wherever required. If the signature of the applicant on the answer sheet at the time of examination does not match with the signature on the hall ticket, the applicant will be disqualified.
