Important Notice- Junior Hindi Translator, Junior Translator and Senior Hindi Translator Exam 2021

Staff Selection Commission will conduct an open competitive examination for the recruitment of Group “B” non-gazetted posts of Junior Hindi Translator, Junior Translator, and Senior Hindi Translator for various Ministries/Departments/Organizations of the Government of India. The details of various posts are as follows:

SSC JHT details Vacancy:

  • The temporary vacancies are: 283 Posts
    • Junior Translator/Junior Hindi Translator: 275 Posts
    • Senior Hindi Translator: 08 Posts
  • Vacancies are provisional. Any change in the number of vacancies will be intimated through the website of the Commission.

SSC JHT Recruitment Age Limit:

Candidates age should be 18 to 30 years as on 01-01-2021 i.e. before 02-01-1991 and after 01-01-2003 candidates are not eligible to apply..

For post codes “A” to “D”:

Master’s degree from a recognized University in Hindi with English as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level;

or

Master’s degree from a recognized University in English with Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at degree level;

or

Master’s degree from a recognized University in any subject other than Hindi or English, with Hindi medium and English as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level;

or

Master’s degree from a recognized University in any subject other than Hindi or English, with English medium and Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level;

or

Master’s degree from a recognized University in any subject other than Hindi or English, with Hindi and English as a compulsory or elective subject or either of the two as the medium of examination and the other as a compulsory or elective subject at the degree level

and

Recognized Diploma or Certificate course in translation from Hindi to English and vice versa OR Two years experience of translation work from Hindi to English and vice versa in a Central or State Government office including a Government of India undertaking.

Application Fee of JHT 2021 Form:

Rupee. 100/- (One hundred rupees only).

(Women candidates and candidates belonging to SC, ST, Persons with Disabilities and Ex-Servicemen eligible for reservation are exempted from paying the fee)

Payment Type :

Fee payment can be done through By using BHIM UPI, Net Banking or Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Rupay Credit or Debit cards or in cash at SBI branches By generating SBI Challan.

How to Apply for SSC JHT 2021:

Applications should be submitted only in online mode. Candidates should note that only online application will be accepted in SSC only. No other mode will be considered for further processing.

  1. Go to official website www.ssc.nic.in
  2. click now new user? register now the option.
  3. Click on New Registered (if you are not registered) or Enter Username and Password (if you are already registered).
  4. Submit all the required details (1 Basic details, 2. Additional and contact details and 3 Photo and Signature details)
  5. Check all the details and click on submit option.
  6. Now apply for Junior Hindi Translator, Junior Translator and Senior Hindi Translator Exam 2021.
  7. Fill all the required information in the form.
