“The exam center allotment policy for the 2022 UP board exams has been issued by the state government. We request for time bound action for center allotment using online mode as per these norms,” UP Board secretary Divyakant Shukla said in a message sent to all the district magistrates (DMs) and DIOS of the state. A copy of the Central Allocation Policy sent by Additional Chief Secretary (Secondary Education) Aradhana Shukla on November 18, 2021.

The Center Allocation Policy, a copy of which is with HT, stipulates that the information regarding physical resources in the schools to become examination centers will be uploaded by the concerned authorities on the UP Board website by November 27, after which a list of the centres. The decision will be taken based on the facilities available in the respective schools.

The list of approved centers under the concerned DM at the district level will be uploaded by the board on its website on January 9. If any student, parent, principal or manager has any objection on the proposed centres, they can e-mail their objections to the board by 15 January 2022. After clearing these objections the final list of examination centers will be released on 24 January 2022.
